Finance History

In this article you will learn how to navigate Finance History.

You can find the Finance History within the Finance section. Click on the Finance menu icon on the bottom bar menu to access the section.

Finance History will show a graph with the spending for the last 12 months and for all the companies you have linked to your account.

Spend breakdown

You can get a breakdown of your monthly spend by clicking on the month in the bar graph and a breakdown will appear below.

The amounts are broken down into the following areas:

1. Parts
2. Services
3. Rental
4. Other

You can filter Finance History by using the option at the top right corner.

Finance History can be filtered by business, date (last 3 | 6 | 12 months), or by date (current/previous financial year) and by type (service, parts and rental).
