Invoices

In this article, you will find information to help you navigate the Invoices feature in the customer app.

You can access invoices information in the Finance menu under the Invoices tap.

They can be filtered using the filter button located at the top right corner of the page.

You can filter invoices by Invoice date, status, types and currency. 

Also, you can search for a particular invoice by using the located at the top of the invoice section using either a sales order number or invoice number.

 

Status Indicators

  • Due soon: (orange) The amount due to be paid by the coming due date.

  • Overdue: (red) The amount that is now overdue and is required to be paid immediately.
  • Paid (green): The invoice was paid.

  • Credit (blue): negative amount related to a credit return.

Request a copy of an invoice

You can request a copy of a single invoice, or a group of invoices (up to 10 invoices can be selected).

 

1. Requesting a single invoice

Click an invoice to see more information. Then request a copy by tapping at the bottom section.

Your email address is populated by default to receive the invoice. 
Simply tap to have the invoice delivered to your email inbox.

 

2.  Requesting multiple invoices

If you want to request a copy of multiple invoices, press one of the invoices and a check box will appear next to the invoices card to select up to 10 invoices. Then request a copy by using the button at the bottom of the invoices list.

The Send to email field will be auto-populated with the email address linked to your account. You can send the invoice copies to an alternate email address by editing the address shown in this field. 

 

Access your parts orders

You can access your related parts orders from the invoice section by clicking the View Parts Orders link from either the invoice list or the individual invoice screen.
