Accessing Cat Apps with Cat Instant Access

If you do not have a CWS ID or are experiencing issues with Cat® instant access, use the in-app 'Submit a request' button for assistance. We're here to help.

This article provides information on how to activate Cat instant access. Once activated, you get seamless access to participating Cat apps without any further logins, saving you time and effort.

Enabling Cat instant access

1. You can activate Cat instant access direct from the app home screen.
   
   
   
   Alternately, the first time you access a Cat site or product link in the app, you will be prompted to activate Cat instant access. You can find various Caterpillar sites/products in the links sections of the home page. You can also access Caterpillar sites/products from an asset page.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Follow the onscreen instructions.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. When prompted, enter both your Cat Account CWS ID, and password.
   
   
   
   
4. Once successfully authenticated, you will be granted access to the Cat site or product.

Cat instant access for parts.cat.com

The first time you use Cat instant access for parts.cat.com there is an additional step required to successfully complete the setup - clicking on the "sign in" button within parts.cat.com will finalise the setup and login process.

Your Cat account is now linked

Enjoy the convenience of Cat instant access. The next time you click a Cat site or product link, you will be automatically signed in, saving you time and effort.
