Forgot your password?

The process of updating your password in HDisi1 can only be done using the "Forgot Password?" link, if you signed up with your email and password, not using third party providers.

Instructions:

  1. Open HDisi1 on your device.
  2. On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link, you can find it below the login fields.
  3. Provide your email address, your email must be the same you used when signed up.
  4. You will see a confirmation screen.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from HDisi1 Support with the subject "Forgotten something?."
  6. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
  7. Click the "Reset password" button. You will be directed to a page where you can change your password.

- Remember your password must contain: At least 8 characters: including lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers, special character.

8. Then click "Back to Log in" and you will be able to log in with your new credentials.

 

Password Change Limitations for Third-Party Sign-Ins

You might have noticed that you signed up to HDisi1 in using your Google, Apple, or Office 365 account. This article will clarify why, in these cases, you cannot change your password within our app.

  1. When you sign in using your Google, Apple, or Office 365 account, our app leverages the authentication and security measures provided by these trusted services.
  2. This makes the sign-in process seamless, secure, and hassle-free.
  3. When you log in using a Google, Apple, or Office 365 account, your password is managed entirely by the service you used for authentication.
  4. This means that any password changes or recovery requests must be handled through the respective service's settings and security options.

How to Change Your Password 

  1. To change your password for HDisi1, you need to access your Google, Apple, or Office 365 account settings. Here's how:
    • For Google: Go to your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/security) and find the "Password" section.
    • For Apple: Navigate to your Apple ID settings on your device or at (https://appleid.apple.com) and select "Change Password."
    • For Office 365: Sign in to your Office 365 account and go to your account settings or contact your organization's IT department for assistance.
