Enabling Pin and Biometrics when logging in.

User has completed sign up process and has been granted access to the platform

Log into application and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)

User will then be prompted to “Enable Device Security Settings”, by clicking this the user will have enabled the device security settings such as biometrics, passcode or pattern.
4. User will be logged into the customer application with the devices security settings enabled.
Enabling PIN and Biometrics through HD360 settings

Login to HD360 application

Select “More” icon

Select “Settings”

Select “Log in & Security”

Select “Use your device security settings”
This will now enable the devices pin, passcode or biometric settings.
Its important to note that PIN and Biometrics are local locks on a device to restrict unauthorised access. These security measures are implemented at a device level and are independent of the HD360 application.
Non local authentication lock out time - 8 hours
Local authentication lock out time - 15 minutes
