Roles and Permissions

The customer platform has different roles which unlock plenty of features. The assigned role will match the user interests in order to create the perfect customer experience. Below is a brief run down of these roles.

For customers:

Executive Role

The Executive role gives the user a full access to all of their customer data. This role is a combination of the Accounts and Fleet roles.

Finance

  • View invoice linked to parts order

Fleet Role

The Fleet role gives the user access to all of their customer data related to asset information, including telematic information transmitted from VisionLink and Cat Daily.
