Asset Service History

In this article you helps you to have a better understanding of your machine/s Service History.

Access your machine Service History by clicking "Assets" in the top bar menu.

Click over the asset you would like to get more information from.

Find the Service History of the machine in the second tab of the asset view. This will only show the services done by Hastings Deering. Here you can see the date when the service was done, call number, hour meter and purchase order. If there there is not a purchase order number, this means the service was done under warranty. 

By clicking on the the service you can access all the information related to that service.

Export service history

You can download the list of services done in the last 2 years by clicking "Export Service History" at the top right of the list. After a couple of seconds a pdf document will be downloaded in your PC.
