Assets Overview

In this article you will find general information about your assets list.

1. Click the Assets option at the top of the menu bar

Machine Information:

In this first column you will find general information about the asset, like model image, asset ID, model number and serial number. This information will help you to identify the asset.

Worked Hours

This second column shows the total hours the asset has been used.

Location

The third column shows the asset's latest reported location in the format: suburb, state, and postcode.     

Last Reported

You can see the latest date and time that the asset has reported information.

The colour-codes for connectivity status are:

• Green dot: The machine is connected and is reporting
• Orange dot: The machine is connected but had not reporting in the last 7 days
• Grey dot, Not reporting: The machine is not connected and it is not reporting

Note: If your asset is not connected you can request to be connected by clicking on that asset and then clicking Request connection.

This request generates a ticket to the Connectivity specialists to assist you as soon as possible.
