Finance History

This article will assist you navigate the Finance feature in the customer platform.

You can find the finance history in the finance summary screen by clicking on Finance in the top bar menu.

The finance history will show a graph with your spend for the last 12 months and for all the businesses you have linked to your account.

Spending breakdown

You can get a breakdown of your monthly spend by clicking on the month in the bar graph and a breakdown will appear in the right side panel.

The amounts are broken down into the following areas:

1. Parts
2. Services
3. Rental
4. Other

Filter by company

Filter by company using the filtering option located at the top right corner in the main menu section. In the corresponding drop down options select/unselect companies and then click apply to make the update.

Finance history can be filtered by business, date (last 3, 6 and 12 months or current and last financial year) and type (Service, parts and rental)
