For your enabled notifications, you will receive a push notification when the specific event happens. Clicking on the push notification will take you to the customer app and open the specific screen of the event notified.
In the app, access your notifications by clicking the bell icon located in the top right corner of the main navigation bar.
A blue dot indicates an unread notification, while a grey dot indicates that the notification has been read.
Click on a notification to be redirected to the specific page mentioned in the notification.
To delete a notification, simply swipe left or right, and the notification will disappear from the list.
