Key Asset view

This article will help you to access and navigate key asset information 

Access Key Asset Information

1) Click the Assets option on the menu bar.

2) Tap the Asset you want to see from the list

 

Key Asset Information Section

In this section you will find:

1. Asset details
2. Fault codes
3. Service history
4. Warranty

1.  Asset details

More detailed machine information is displayed Including the machine's;

• Image,
• asset ID,
• model number,
• serial number,
• make,
• year of manufacture,
• last reported time stamp,
• hours,  and
• machine location.

2. Fault Codes

Fault codes are classified by severity as High (red), Medium (orange), and Low (blue). 
A simple view of the last 14 days of fault codes is shown in a graph, with the corresponding colour of severity and the amount per severity.

3. Service 

The service history is organised in chronological order and information like date, call number, purchase order and hours meter are displayed.

4. Warranty 

The warranty information is organised by status showing first the expiring one, then the active and at the end the expired warranty. The warranty information includes: description, coverage expiry, hour limit remaining and status.
